ABOUT THE HAPPY PLACE
A Local Landmark Brought Back to Life
From the 1960s through the 1990s, this little property was a bustling fishermen’s lodge where anglers gathered before launching into Love Creek just steps away. In the years that followed, it was neglected, nearly forgotten, and even survived a devastating fire. Today, we’re honored to restore not just a building, but a place where neighbors and travelers can once again gather, connect, and feel like they belong.
